As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join our Shared Services Team and play a key role in organizational success.
As the Human Resource Coordinator within our Shared Services Team, you will provide tailored HR support to multiple entities. The level of support will vary depending on the specific needs of each organization, ranging from full-cycle HR support to providing targeted guidance and administrative assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Additionally, you will support leadership by fostering positive employee relations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating performance reviews, and maintaining accurate records to promote cohesive and effective workplace environments across all entities.
Responsibilities Overview:
- Manage recruitment and hiring process for all staff levels, from entry-level positions to executive roles.
- Provide support and guidance to management on employee relations and human resource policies.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees fostering positive communication and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate annual benefit enrollment and educate employees on company benefit packages.
- Collaborate with the safety committee to promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Coordinate the annual review process, including scheduling, documentation and feedback.
- Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate worker’s compensation and vehicle accident claims.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with management and employees at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality and dependability.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education Experience Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years in an entry-level human resource position).
- Demonstrated knowledge or HR processes and practices.
- Strong understanding of human resource policies and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM certification is not required, but a plus.
