Reynolds Restoration Services, Inc. is a dynamic and growing restoration company dedicated to responding and rebuilding with care. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our organization’s success.

The Human Resource Coordinator should possess the knowledge and skills to facilitate various functions of human resources. A significant role of the position will be recruitment and hiring, while secondary roles will include employee relations, policy guidance, benefits administration, safety compliance, performance reviews and recordkeeping. These secondary roles will be centered on providing essential support to current management.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a role with increased responsibility leading to a management position.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Manage recruitment and hiring process for all staff levels, from entry-level positions to executive roles.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on employee relations and human resource policies.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees fostering positive communication and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate annual benefit enrollment and educate employees on company benefit packages.
  • Collaborate with the safety committee to promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Coordinate the annual review process, including scheduling, documentation and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate worker’s compensation and vehicle accident claims.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with management and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality and dependability.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education Experience Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years in an entry-level human resource position).
  • Demonstrated knowledge or HR processes and practices.
  • Strong understanding of human resource policies and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM certification is not required, but a plus.
