Gene and his children.

Gene Remaley, foreman for our King of Prussia office, joined the Reynold Restoration Services team full-time in September 2022. As a foreman, Gene is tasked with on-site management and coordination of multiple projects from start to finish. In his role, he develops professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors, provides exceptional customer service for our clients, and overall ensures project success through documentation, communication, and coordination.

While Gene is relatively new to Reynolds Restoration Services, he is no stranger to the construction industry. Gene started his construction career at an early age, learning trade skills from his Great Uncle Ed, who was a master plumber. His uncle taught him the basics of construction which gave him a solid foundation for his career as both an entrepreneur and construction professional.

Gene spent close to a decade as a real estate investor, flipping foreclosed homes. He worked all over the country in this capacity, spending most of his time in Florida and the Carolinas. This experience helped him master the construction process from demolition to reconstruction, which he applies to his role at Reynolds Restoration Services.

“My goal when I meet a new client or customer is to make a connection and establish a relationship. I want to reassure our clients that everything will be taken care of, and we will get the job done in a timely manner,” shares Gene. “I know when we are on-site, it’s because there was an emergency of some sort – a fire or flood for example. I want our clients to trust us with their homes and businesses.”

Gene credits his easy transition to the team to his coworkers including senior leadership. Since day one, he has felt welcomed and included. “I love working at Reynolds Restoration. It’s a great working atmosphere with a good team of people. It feels like ‘home’. If you don’t like coming to work, what’s the point?” shares Gene.

Outside of work, Gene is likely hitting local flea markets looking for a deal or working on home renovation projects for himself or friends and family. Gene also likes to spend time with his four children, ages 16-28. Gene, born and raised in and around Philadelphia, lives in Norristown with his youngest daughter and their cats Hank and Hazel, and their bearded dragon Lizzy.
