Rayna MillerAccounting Specialist Rayna Miller is one of our most tenured team members and joined the Reynolds Restoration Services family more than 15 years ago. Her role and responsibilities have grown over the years, and she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as manages our corporate fleet management program.

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable is a big task, one that Rayna excels at. She oversees invoicing for work completed for all three of our offices – Harrisburg, Pa., King of Prussia, Pa., and Elkridge, Md. – and payments for our vendors and subcontractors. Every month she also does the bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions. With hundreds of jobs completed annually, having someone as detail-oriented like Rayna take the lead is critical.

“I’ve been proud to work with Rayna for more than 15 years and value having her on our accounting team. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an integral part of our success. Although she’s not in the field or communicating with our clients on a regular basis, she is just as important as the teams responding to an emergency,” says Anthony Worrall, president. “Personally and professionally, she is a great fit for our team.”

Although Rayna has worked at other organizations during her two-decade career, she’s found the familial environment at Reynolds Restoration Services is what makes her love her job. “Reynolds Restoration is a family-oriented company, and with small children, that is a gift. Not all companies provide the flexibility not only parents, but every team member, need at work. If I need to adjust my schedule for personal reasons, I can do that without pause,” shares Rayna.

Rayna has many fond memories of Reynolds Restoration over the years, but one particular day stands out in her mind, a summer employee appreciate event she helped plan. The carnival-themed celebration included a pig roast, corn hole, and everyone’s personal favorite – a dunk tank with senior leadership in the hot seat. “Everyone was having such a great time and having fun. It was one of those moments where you just felt proud to be a part of the team,” she shares.

Outside the office, Rayna and her husband Scott are busy with their children Braxton, age 9, and Jhonni, age 6. As an outdoorsy family, they go camping at least one weekend a month during the summer and take a weeklong camping trip to the beach. They take their German Shephard Lucius – or Lu – along for the adventures!
