Project Background
Reynolds Restoration Services has provided restoration services to the Brandywine Realty Trust at three facilities totaling over 2.3 million square feet. We have restored a combined 16 floors following separate water loss events. These jobs were staffed with a combined labor force of over 130 crew members, using nearly 900 pieces of state-of-the-art drying equipment. Reynolds Restoration’s quick response to these unforeseen water loss events allowed for building drying, decontamination, deodorization, and stabilization to occur within 10 days. Most tenants remained in occupied spaces, uninterrupted.
The locations included a seven-story water loss, a four-story water loss, and a five-story water loss.
