Project Background
Reynolds Restoration Services provided water restoration services to the Brandywine Realty Trust at a facility in Silver Spring, Maryland. A large flow of water from a failed heat pump condenser on the third floor affected 22 classrooms/offices on three floors. Cubicles and partitions within the rooms made air circulation during the drying out process a challenge.
All contents were dried and repairs were performed within seven days. Equipment used included 28 dehumidifiers and 57 air movers.
