Project Background
Reynolds Restoration Services mitigated a large water loss at Chesterbrook Academy. A back-flow preventer blew apart in the second floor storage room adjacent to an elevator and stairwell, allowing large quantities of water to flood three levels of halls, electrical rooms, offices, utility rooms, common areas, and the stairwell. Reynolds Restoration Services was on-site within 30 minutes of the initial call. The drying process required more than 130 pieces of drying equipment. Repairs were completed in less than four weeks.
