Project Background
Reynolds Restoration Services was hired by Property Management, Inc. for water mitigation services after a broken water line affected multiple offices in a two-story commercial building.
Affected materials included carpet, vinyl flooring, collapsed ceiling tiles, and water wicking up the walls. Reynolds Restoration Services responded within two hours of first call to begin emergency services. Our mitigation supervisor’s top priority was to dry out the building as quickly and efficiently as possible to limit interruption to the building’s tenants.
