Shawn OstrichShawn Ostrich joined the Reynolds Restoration Services team in 2016 as a project manager. Since his hire nearly five years ago, Shawn has taken on different roles including senior project manager and director of construction before moving into his current position as vice president of operations. As VP of operations, Shawn oversees the workflow, processes, and procedures of all three offices, as well as mentors colleagues to help them meet and exceed client expectations.

Shawn loves the restoration industry and credits his passion and contagious energy to the Reynolds Restoration team. “Nothing in our industry is a ‘one-person’ job. I know that with a quick phone call or email, I have so many experts and resources available to me with the team we have in place,” notes Shawn. “Our kind of work takes a team, and our team is remarkable. There is no job we can’t handle.”

Shawn’s most memorable job during his tenure with Reynolds Restoration Services is a commercial water loss at a prominent mixed-use high rise in downtown Philadelphia. Shawn and the RRS team addressed flooding and reconstruction for more than 90 units in the building, working 14-hour days for nearly three months. “This was one of my most memorable jobs,” recalls Shawn. “This was certainly a challenge, but we delivered the project on-time and on-budget and our client was happy with the results.”

When not at work, Shawn is most likely outdoors burning off energy on the trails or in the woods. His wife of more than two decades, Lisa, and his daughters – Erin, Margaret, and Marissa – often join him on hiking adventures. You may also find Shawn with his new hunting partner Coal, a 20-month-old black lab, out pheasant hunting. Shawn and his family live in Wayne, PA.
