Project Background

Reynolds Restoration Services was hired by the Department of General Services to remediate the effects of a vehicle fire in the service bays attached to the National Guard Base’s air flight support facility.

Reynolds Restoration met with base administrators to establish goals and milestones to get the flight operations facility back in operation as soon as possible. The building needed to be cleaned of soot and contaminants resulting from the fire. Air quality testing was performed to ensure the safety of building occupants as well as restoration workers.

The process involved deploying 35 restoration cleaners working multiple shifts. Project management included subcontractor coordination, acquiring specified materials, and maintaining the project schedule.
