We understand preparing your facility and a return to day-to-day operations may seem like a daunting task. In addition to easing the fears and anxiety your team may have about returning to work, you also need a plan in place to provide a safe and healthy work environment for your team. With the responsibility of protecting your employees’ and customers’ health, it is important to consider the following:
Cleaning and Disinfecting
Communicate with Clarity
Follow the CDC guidelines for proper cleaning and disinfecting. Surfaces should be hand cleaned, with particular attention to high-touch areas like doors, counters and desks.
Before your teams return to work, consider sending each employee a care package with face masks or coverings, hand sanitizer and surface sanitizing wipes.
It is important to keep lines of communication open especially during a crisis. Regular communication about policies related to COVID-19 can help alleviate fears about returning to work.
IN THIS TOGETHER.
While we hope you don’t need our services, Reynolds Restoration is here to help businesses, schools and other organizations safely prepare facilities for reoccupancy. Since early March, we have cleaned and disinfected more than 4 million square feet of office space for more than 80 clients.
Reynolds Restoration Decontamination Process
Reynolds Restoration uses all CDC and EPA-approved plant-based chemicals engineered to combat viruses and bacteria. Before application Reynolds Restoration will contain the areas in question.
Tier 1: Proactive Cleaning
Level 1: Technicians utilize ULV or electrostatic fogging machines to apply disinfectants to air and surfaces.
Level 2: In addition to fogging, technicians will hand clean high touch points/surfaces.
Tier 2: Unknown Contamination
In addition to Tier 1 procedures, Reynolds Restoration technicians will detail clean and disinfect all exposed surfaces by hand. Negative air may be established to assist in air exchanges to create a healthier environment.
Tier 3: Confirmed Contamination
In addition to Tier 1 and 2 procedures, Reynolds Restoration technicians may include the use of ozone or hydroxyl-ozone generation with written authorization only. We will engage an industrial hygienist to do pre and post testing.
Our team of certified restoration technicians will inspect and scope the property for cleaning to a desired outcome. We will provide a written scope, schedule and estimate. For more information about our services, contact us today.
