covid-19 business preparedness

We understand preparing your facility and a return to day-to-day operations may seem like a daunting task. In addition to easing the fears and anxiety your team may have about returning to work, you also need a plan in place to provide a safe and healthy work environment for your team. With the responsibility of protecting your employees’ and customers’ health, it is important to consider the following:

communicate with clarity

Cleaning and Disinfecting

Mitigate Risk

Communicate with Clarity

Follow the CDC guidelines for proper cleaning and disinfecting. Surfaces should be hand cleaned, with particular attention to high-touch areas like doors, counters and desks.

Before your teams return to work, consider sending each employee a care package with face masks or coverings, hand sanitizer and surface sanitizing wipes.

It is important to keep lines of communication open especially during a crisis. Regular communication about policies related to COVID-19 can help alleviate fears about returning to work.
